BACKGROUND
Stacie Hoffmeister is a strategist and senior executive known for leading transformational change across industries, with a dual-track record in financial services and consumer packaged goods.
Most recently, as the former Head of Talent at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, she built and led talent and culture initiatives that directly supported business priorities, driving net acquired assets, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Trusted by C-suite leaders, Stacie is valued for her ability to turn vision into pragmatic strategy, especially in times of change or when prior efforts have lacked clarity or follow-through.
Previously, as Founder & Managing Partner of Facts & Heresies LLC, Stacie developed and delivered bespoke leadership and talent development programs for Fortune 500 clients, with a focus on selling skills, executive communication, and effective meeting facilitation. Clients included Google, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley.
Earlier in her career, she led global communications and brand positioning for iconic consumer brands including LVMH and Coty. Her work, having shared P&L accountability, elevated brand identity and drove measurable impact, including the turnaround of the ck fragrance franchise and revenue growth for the Belvedere Vodka portfolio. This foundation in brand marketing, paired with her expertise in people strategy, enables her to craft compelling narratives and shape how organizations talk about talent, turnaround, and purpose.
Today, through her consultancy Hoffmeister Lundman & Co, Stacie provides fractional COO services with a focus on driving stakeholder alignment for corporations, nonprofits, and private equity sponsors navigating growth, transformation, or workforce evolution. She brings a current and pragmatic perspective on the changing expectations of the workforce, particularly in addressing post-COVID challenges, hybrid work models, inclusion and belonging, and multi-generational teams.
Stacie is recognized as a skilled change agent and cross-functional leader. She is a frequent main-stage speaker and advisor to executive leadership. She blends strategic insight with creativity and executional excellence. She brings a tech-forward approach, including the effective use of AI to enable smarter, faster decision-making. Above all, Stacie is known for giving shape, meaning, and words to the intangible, clarifying vision, building culture, and driving meaningful change.
